This Special Meeting of the Common Council was called for the purpose of hearing a presentation of proposed White Plains Noise Pollution Control Ordinance. A presentation of the proposed Site Plan Amendment for the Southern Land Company LLC project located at 250 Mamaroneck Avenue. Council President.
