ROACH MAYOR TO THE HONORABLE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS The FY 2022-23 Capital Improvement Program contains a project entitled “Gardella Pool/Park Design,” at a cost of $150,000. The project is the responsibility of the Commissioner of Public Works and is for a design study for the new reconstruction of Gardella pool and park improvements. Submitted herewith is legislation which authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to enter into various contracts as required to complete the project. The legislation also authorizes the Mayor to direct the Budget Director to amend the Operating Budget and also to amend the Capital Projects Fund by establishing Capital Project No. C5608 entitled “Gardella Pool/Park Design” as follows: INCREASE REVENUES A002-09999 Appropriated Fund Balance $150,000 INCREASE EXPENDITURES A022-9.401 Contribution to Capital Projects Fund $150,000 REVENUES C5608-09910 General Fund Contribution $150,000 EXPENDITURES C5608-8.101 Design Services $150,000 It is requested that the Mayor be authorized to direct the Commissioner of Finance to receive and disburse funds accordingly.
