COMMON COUNCIL AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING February 24, 2025 6:30 PM DISCUSSION: 1. Call to meeting 2. Proposed Capital Project “Rehabilitation of 77 Brockway Garage and Sanitation Building” 3. Proposed Capital Project “New Playground and Other Improvements at Battle Hill Park” 4. Proposed Local Law Regarding “Good Cause Evictions”  A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday February 24, 2025, called for six thirty o’clock in the Common Council Chamber, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mr. Frei-Pearson, Mr. Martin, Mr. Payne, Ms. Presser, and Mrs. Puja. The Mayor gave the pleasure of the floor to Commissioner Mignone of the Department of Public Works to discuss 2 capital projects.  The Mayor gave the pleasure of the floor to Jeremiah Frei Pearson to discuss a proposed Local Law regarding “Good Cause Evictions.” On motion of Council President, seconded, and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ____________________ Jill Iannetta City Clerk
