Local Law No. 2 of 2025 amending Title IX of the White Plains Municipal Code by adding Chapter 9-8 entitled "Prohibition on Eviction Without Good Cause.” (AMENDED 5-2 Frei Pearson and Puja voted NO) FIRST READING ORDINANCES: 7. Communication from the Chairman of the Capital Projects Board requesting authorization to direct the Budget Director to amend the Operating Budget and the Capital Projects Fund by establishing Capital Project No.C5666, entitled “Mamaroneck Avenue Signalization III.” F/S 8.
