WHITEFISH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES June 2, 2020 The meeting was called to order by Kathy Skemp at 8:21AM PRESENT: Stacy Caldwell (joined at 8:53 AM), Shane Jacobs, Diane Kane, Tracy Rossi, Kathy Skemp ABSENT: Leslie Lowe, Paul McElroy STAFF: Wendy Compton-Ring PUBLIC COMMENT: none MINUTES: The minutes from May 19, 2020 were unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS Town Pump, 6045 Highway 93 S, CWG Architects (ARC 19-63) The applicant presented an update to the Arch Review Committee since their last meeting. Provided a summary of the site changes and the architectural changes. Shane – no comments Diane – thanks for being flexible and it will be a nice project Kathy – questions about the height of the stone on the columns – is that the right height; too tall? Diane – likes its height Shane – likes how it ties into the building, but wouldn’t be opposed to it being reduced Discussion about the height – about 10 to 12-feet above grade Tracy – isn’t concerned about it – so it can be seen above a vehicle Motion: Shane – move to approve as submitted Diane – 2nd Discussion: none Vote: motion passes unanimously NEW BUSINESS none OTHER ITEMS Council directed amendments. 1 Meeting adjourned at 10:14 AM 2
