WHITEFISH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES June 16, 2020 The meeting was called to order by Kathy Skemp at 8:23AM PRESENT: Diane Kane, Paul McElroy, Tracy Rossi, Kathy Skemp ABSENT: Stacy Caldwell, Shane Jacobs, Leslie Lowe STAFF: Wendy Compton-Ring PUBLIC COMMENT: none MINUTES: The minutes from June 2, 2020 were unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS The Core, Jarrett Hannon, material change (ARC 19-20) The applicant presented an update to the Arch Review Committee since their last meeting. Provided a summary of the changes. Upgrading the garage doors and the outdoor lighting as it is the main facing side for the project. The outdoor lighting is dark sky compliant. Tracy – it looks good Kathy – the light and the door will look nice Motion: Tracy – move to approve as submitted Diane – 2nd Discussion: none Vote: motion passes unanimously NEW BUSINESS none OTHER ITEMS The Committee reviewed comments, drawings and photos for the Council directed amendments and provided staff direction. At the next meeting, the Committee and staff will review the Mixed-Use & Multi-Family Standards to determine what could be incorporated into the Arch Review Standards. Meeting adjourned at 9:30 AM 1
