WHITEFISH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES August 3, 2021 The meeting was called to order by Shane Jacobs at 8:15 AM PRESENT: Christine Bleyhl, Shane Jacobs, Diane Kane, Leslie Lowe, Tracy Rossi ABSENT: Stacy Caldwell, Paul McElroy STAFF: Wendy Compton-Ring PUBLIC COMMENT: none MINUTES: The minutes from July 20, 2021 were unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS WAG Dog Park, 1720 E 2nd Street, storage and kiosk (ARC 21-25) Leslie & Tracy – thanked the WAG group for all their work to design a building that fits the Dog Park The applicant presented the changes to the storage shed and reviewed the materials with the Committee. Motion: Leslie – moved to approve as submitted Tracy – 2nd Discussion: none Vote: motion passes unanimously NEW BUSINESS 1940 Suncrest Drive, duplex, Jeremy Oury (ARC 21-27) The applicant did not show up and the Committee had a number of questions for the applicant.
