WHITEFISH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES September 7, 2021 The meeting was called to order by Shane Jacobs at 8:22 AM PRESENT: Shane Jacobs, Leslie Lowe, Tracy Rossi ABSENT: Christine Bleyhl, Stacy Caldwell, Diane Kane, Paul McElroy STAFF: Wendy Compton-Ring PUBLIC COMMENT: none MINUTES: The minutes from August 17, 2021 were passed to the next meeting due to lack of a quorum. OLD BUSINESS none NEW BUSINESS none OTHER ITEMS • Pre-Ap, 6588 Highway 93 S, bank, Tyler Mortenson, Cushing Terrell. Described the project, its location, materials and noted the project will be installing conduit to be EV ready Leslie – there should be bicycle parking (employees & customers); covered for employees Read Diane’s comments into the record Shane – what makes this building particular to Whitefish? Tracy – could be part of the evolution of the corner Leslie – a departure from the other bldgs, share the notion that it doesn’t necessarily reflect Whitefish; needs to fit the context of the neighborhood Noted the mirrored and tinted is not allowed; Low-E glass is acceptable Shane – make sure we see all the material samples • Tree Preservation During Construction – continue until the next meeting Meeting adjourned at 9:05 AM 1
