WHITEFISH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES January 4, 2022 The meeting was called to order by Shane Jacobs at 8:21 AM PRESENT: Christine Bleyhl (via phone), Stacy Caldwell, Shane Jacobs, Diane Kane, Tracy Rossi ABSENT: Leslie Lowe, Paul McElroy STAFF: Wendy Compton-Ring PUBLIC COMMENT: none MINUTES: The minutes from December 7, 2021 were unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS 124 O’Brien Avenue, Material Change, Yukon Construction (ARC 19-21) Staff described the changes to the building from the amended approval in October 2020 discovered during final C of O walk thru. Christine – increased the size and number of windows - this is good. Noted the front elevation changes and the metal siding pattern change was a good change Tracy – like the stone going up to the top and the windows are an improvement Stacy – agrees; changes were an improvement The wrong trusses were sent and it would have been a 6 month backlog to get the right ones The Committee reviewed the changes and discussed their merits Tracy – doesn’t see any problems with these changes Diane – agrees Motion: Tracy – move to approve Christine – 2nd Discussion: none Vote: motion passes unanimously NEW BUSINESS none OTHER ITEMS 1  • Tree Preservation During Construction – continue until the next meeting Meeting adjourned at 8:40 AM 2
