CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION - RETREAT GROUSE MOUNTAIN LODGE 2 FAIRWAY DRIVE WINE ROOM SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2024 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM While there will be discussion on topics and planning for the future, no decisions can be voted upon during the retreat. 1. Call to Order. 2. Mayor and City Council communications and discussion. 3. Discussions with City Manager regarding City Council goals, legislative update, housing, and other topics. 4. Discussions with Public Works Director regarding infrastructure and long-term capital planning efforts. 5. Discussions with Planning Director and/or City Attorney. 6. Other topics. 7. Public comment. 8. Direction for the City Manager. 9. Adjourn. NOTES: • City Manager and City Clerk arrive at 11:00 a.m. • Public Works Director, Planning Director, and City Attorney arrive at 12:00 p.m. • Morning refreshments, lunch and beverages will be provided for City Council and staff
