CITY COUNCIL RETREAT GROUSE MOUNTAIN LODGE 2 FAIRWAY DRIVE WINE ROOM SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2025 9:00 AM While there will be discussion on topics and planning for the future, no decisions can be voted upon during the retreat. 1. Call to Order. 2. Mayor and City Council communications and discussion. 3. Discussions with City Manager regarding FY26 City Goals, Local Government Review Commission Recommendations, and other topics. 4. Discussions with Public Works Director regarding central recycling, relationship with MDT and future improvements to HWY 93, Wisconsin, and Baker Ave, and overall infrastructure and long-term capital planning efforts. 5. Discussions with Planning Director and/or City Attorney. 6. Other topics. 7. Public comment. 8. Adjourn. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: City Manager annual evaluation. Pursuant to §2-3-203(3) MCA, the presiding officer may close the meeting during the time the discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy and then if and only in the presiding officer determines that the demand of individual privacy exceeds the merits of public disclosure. The right of individual privacy may be waived by the individual about whom the discussion pertains, and, in that event, the meeting must be open.
