Park Board Members Present: Ron Brunk, Ray Boksich, Frank Sweeney, Carrie
O’Reilly and Jim DeHerrera
Park Board Members Absent: Terri Dunn and Susan Schnee
Guests:
City Staff Present: Maria Butts, Angela Jacobs and Mary Blubaugh
A. Call to Order: 3:32 p.m.
B. Approval of the March 17, 2020 Agenda –the Agenda was approved.
C. New Business – Consideration of temporary closure of public facilities and open
spaces – Director Butts presented the Park Board with a list of considerations and
recommendations regarding the use and closure of public parks, facilities in parks and
open spaces in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Following discussion, Member Sweeney made a motion to adopt each and every
item in the member presented by Director Butts.
Member Boksich seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed.

Frank Sweeney – What about Summer Programs?
Director Butts said we are continuing with planning for the summer
programs.
Carrie O’Reilly – None
Jim DeHerrera - None

N. Adjourn:
A motion was made to adjourn. Upon passing, the meeting was adjourned at
3:57 p.m.
