The Village of Whitehouse Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:15 pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Whitehouse Village Hall, 6925 Providence Street, Whitehouse, OH 43571, to allow for public comment on the following matter: To hear testimony on a zoning map amendment submitted by Charlie Grass, Artisan Craft Built Homes, LLC, developer, for the property located at 11320 Archbold Whitehouse, Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio (Parcel 98-02468). The property is currently zoned S-1 Suburban. Petitioner is requesting a zoning map amendment for rezoning to R-2 Single Family Residential. A complete legal description is available for public review at the Whitehouse Municipal Building during normal business hours and will be available for public inspection at the hearing.
