NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Whitesboro Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the following proposed change of residential properties: A request for a lot width variance for property located at 214 D St., Whitesboro, TX 76273. City Council Public Hearing Date: July 14, 2026 Time: 6:00pm. Location: Whitesboro City Hall 111 W. Main St. Whitesboro, Texas 76273 Residents will be given an opportunity to be heard in connection with said proposed variance and said proposed Special Use Permit. Additional information is available for review at 111 W. Main St., Whitesboro, Texas. If any resident is unable to attend the hearing, they are allowed to forward a letter voicing their opinions on the purposed change to the attention of Katie Parker at the City of Whitesboro, P.O.
