Any proposed changes require a motion, a second, and approval from the Committee to be implemented. The agenda shall be approved at each meeting even if no changes are being made at that meeting. Motion made to approve the agenda by Singer, Seconded by Schanen. Voting Yea: Schanen, Singer, Smith 1. Election of Chairperson. Motion made to elect Brian Schanen Chairperson by Singer, Seconded by Smith. Voting Yea: Singer, Smith Abstaining: Schanen 2. Election of Vice Chairperson. Motion made to elect Mike Smith Vice Chairperson by Singer, Seconded by Chairperson Schanen. Voting Yea: Chairperson Schanen, Singer Abstaining: Smith CONSENT AGENDA 3. March 3, 2026 minutes. Hearing of Appeal from Olivia Jost regarding denial of Beverage Operator's license. Motion made to recommend to Council to reverse Chief Meyer's denial of Olivia Jost's Beverage Operator's license by Smith, Seconded by Singer. Voting Yea: Smith, Singer, Chairperson Schanen.
