Any proposed changes require a motion, a second, and approval from the Council to be implemented. The agenda shall be approved at each meeting even if no changes are being made at that meeting. Motion made to Approve the Agenda moving items #14 and #15 to the Consent Agenda by Councilmember Majkrzak, Seconded by Councilmember O.Smith. The First Common Council meeting in April will not be held on Tuesday April 7 due the the Spring Election, instead will be held on Thursday April 9th. 7. Capital Improvement Plan Update Memo Finance Director Rachelle Blitch spoke about the Capital Improvement Plan Memo. 8. State of the City. 9. Appointment of Mark Dorn to the Lakes Advisory Committee. 10. Appointment of Kelly Davis to the Library Board. CITY MANAGER REPORT Common Council Meeting Minutes March 03, 2026 Page 3 City Manager Weidl gave his bi-monthly update of City events and accomplishments, including reports from the following departments: Public Works, Police, Fire & EMS, Library, Community Development, Parks & Recreation, Facilities, Human Resources and Media Services. 11. City Manager Report. STAFF REPORTS 12. City of Whitewater Geographic Information System (GS) website update. -GIS Community Development Director Mason Becker spoke about the GIS website update. GIS Daniel Boldt spoke about the GIS website update. Aiden Parks (901 W Starin Rd) spoke about mistreatment of students of color by the Whitewater PD. Jacob Mueller (256 N George St) spoke about the security standards of the flock cameras. Discussion and Possible Action to approve an updated engagement letter with Johnson Block & Company, Inc. for the 2025 audit. - Finance This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. 16.
