Any proposed changes require a motion, a second, and approval from the Council to be implemented. The agenda shall be approved at each meeting even if no changes are being made at that meeting. City Manager John Weidl gave a thank you and farewell to Councilmember Greg Majkrzak for his service on the Common Council. CITY MANAGER REPORT 6. City Manager Report. City Manager Weidl gave a quick update on upcoming events in the City of Whitewater. STAFF REPORTS 7. Attorney Steven Chesebro gave insight to the Whitewater Comparative Analysis.
