Any proposed changes require a motion, a second, and approval from the Council to be implemented. The agenda shall be approved at each meeting even if no changes are being made at that meeting. Motion to approve the agenda made by Councilmember Artsmith, Seconded by Councilmember Hicks. Common Council Meeting Minutes June 16, 2026 Page 3 City Manager Weidl gave his bi-monthly update of City events and accomplishments, including reports from the following departments: Public Works, IT, Police, Fire & EMS, Library, Community Development, Parks & Recreation, Human Resources and Media Services. 15. Proclamation requested by Orin Artsmith for Pride-LGBTQ* Month. City Manager John Weidl gave a proclamation on Pride-LGBTQ* Month. STAFF REPORTS 16. Update on Council meetings in the Community.- City Clerk This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. 17. Update on Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park License.- City Clerk No formal action was taken. City Attorney Steven Chesebro gave an update. 18. Rural Law Enforcement Violent Crime Reduction Initiative grant submission. - PD This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. 19. Update on Quasi-Judicial items on Agendas memo.- City Attorney This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. Brad Ceranski (Woodward Rd, Whitewater) - Spoke about the complaint he brought to the Ethics Committee twice and nothing was resolved. He wants it brought to Council. Chuck Mills (336 Whiton St) What happen to the Flag Pole on E Main St. RESOLUTION 20. 2026-R-21 Resolution approving Sale of City owned property located on E Cravath Street and North Danville, Parcel # /DAJ 00006.- Community Development Motion to approve Resolution 2026-R-21 made by Councilmember Artsmith, Seconded by Councilmember Hicks. Request for approval of annual renewals of certain Class "A"; Class "A", Class "B", Class "B" Beer and Liquor Licenses. - City Clerk This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. 25. Discussion and Possible Action regarding the Community Survey Draft Revision.- City Manager Motion to approve Discussion and Possible Action regarding the Community Survey Draft Revision, agreeing with the cuts the City suggested, but keeping #5a. and include a line for Small Lot Single Family Housing made by Councilmember Sahyun, Seconded by Councilmember Artsmith.
