Any proposed changes require a motion, a second, and approval from the Council to be implemented. The agenda shall be approved at each meeting even if no changes are being made at that meeting. Proclamation requested by Orin Artsmith for Pride-LGBTQ* Month. City Manager John Weidl gave a proclamation on Pride-LGBTQ* Month. STAFF REPORTS 16. Update on Council meetings in the Community.- City Clerk This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. 17. Update on Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park License.- City Clerk No formal action was taken. City Attorney Steven Chesebro gave an update. 18. Rural Law Enforcement Violent Crime Reduction Initiative grant submission. - PD This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. 19. Update on Quasi-Judicial items on Agendas memo.- City Attorney This item was moved to the Consent Agenda.
