This memorandum summarizes the items discussed during the meeting referenced above.
A. Public engagement updates were presented, including activities happening online and in-
person.
B. The group reviewed and discussed the DRAFT Future Land Use Map for the City of
Whitewater, and its proposed Future Land Use categories.
a. The DRAFT Future Land Use map and categories remain preliminary and are subject
to change based on feedback.
Next Steps
A. City staff and Working Group members will review the DRAFT Future Land Use Map and
provide feedback for refinements.
B. The next Working Group meeting will take place virtually on August 5.
