Non Filing of Declaration of Candidacy Forms Whitewater Municipal Building Community Room, 312 West Whitewater St., Whitewater, WI 53190 Friday, January 5, 2024 5:00 pm Public Notice: The City of Whitewater wishes to notify the public that we have not received an EL-163 Notification of Non-candidacy or EL-162 Declaration of Candidacy from the current incumbent, Jill Gerber, for District 4, Wards 6-8. Consequently, the filing deadline for the EL-162 Declaration of Candidacy paperwork is extended by 72 hours for everyone except the incumbent, now set for Friday, January 5, 2024, at 5:00 pm. This provides an opportunity for individuals intending to run for Aldermanic District 4 to submit their candidacy paperwork within the specified time frame.
