Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMAN SPECIAL MEETING September 26, 2011 6:00 P.M. Board present: Alderman Trapp---, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Magee-present, Alderman Vincent-present, Alderman Simmons-present. Also present: City Administrator, Nick Heatherly; City Clerk, Dale Duvall; CFO, Karen Robson; Parks and Recreation Director, Kevin McDonald; Chief of Police, Tom McClain; and Police Officer, Mike Payne. Mayor Tom Keltner led the Pledge of Allegiance. Call to Order Mayor Tom Keltner called the meeting to order. Roll Call City Clerk, Dale Duvall did the roll call. Alderman Trapp---, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Magee-present, Alderman Vincent-present, Alderman Simmons-present. Citizen Input No Citizen Input 2012 Budget Workshop City Administrator, Nick Heatherly presented the 2012 proposed budget to the Board and the Mayor. A proposed debt service plan was also presented by the City Administrator. The Mayor asked for a motion to approve the budget draft to be taken to the citizens at the public hearing to be held on October 11, 2011. Motion made by Alderman Simmons with a second by Alderman Roggensees to approve this draft to be presented at the public hearing. Alderman Simmons- Aye, Alderman Trapp---, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill-Aye, Alderman Vincent-Aye, Alderman Magee-Aye. All votes Aye. Motion carried. Adjourn Meeting Motion made by Alderman Simmons and seconded by Alderman Vincent to adjourn.
