CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMAN SPECIAL MEETING November 10, 2011 6:00 P.M. Board present: Alderman Trapp-present, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Magee-present, Alderman Vincent-present, Alderman Simmons- present. Staff present: City Administrator, Nick Heatherly; City Clerk, Dale Duvall and city attorney, Ken Reynolds. Mayor Tom Keltner led the Pledge of Allegiance. Call to Order Mayor Tom Keltner called the meeting to order. Roll Call City Clerk, Dale Duvall conducted the roll call. Alderman Trapp-present, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Magee-present, Alderman Vincent-present, Alderman Simmons-present. Attorney Reynolds opened the PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE RE-DISTRICTING OF THE WILLARD ELECTION WARD DISTRICTS. There was no public input and so the public hearing was closed. Agenda Amendments/Approval of Agenda Motion made by Alderman Simmons and seconded by Alderman Hemphill to approve the agenda. Alderman Vincent-Aye, Alderman Magee-Aye, Alderman Simmons-Aye, Alderman Trapp-Aye, Alderman Roggensees-Aye and Alderman Hemphill-Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried. st Mid Missouri Bank/City of Willard loan renewal ordinance (1 reading) Motion made by Alderman Vincent with a second by Alderman Simmons to approve this reading. Alderman Simmons-Aye, Alderman Trapp-Aye, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill-Aye, Alderman Vincent-Aye, Alderman Magee-Aye. All votes Aye. Motion carried. Adjourn Meeting Motion made by Alderman Vincent and seconded by Alderman Hemphill to adjourn.
