Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMAN SPECIAL MEETING January 10, 2013 7:00 p.m. Board present: Alderman Trapp---, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Vincent-present, Alderman Simmons –present and Alderman Johnson –--. Staff present: City Clerk, Dale Duvall; City Administrator, Nicholas Heatherly. City Attorney, Ken Reynolds was also present. Citizens in attendance: Blaine Kennard, Chairman of the Park Board. Call to Order Mayor Tom Keltner called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Roll Call The City Clerk called the roll call. Alderman Trapp---, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Johnson---, Alderman Vincent-present and Alderman Simmons-present. Adjourn open session Motion made by Alderman Simmons with a second by Alderman Vincent to adjourn the open session, to go into closed session pursuant to section 610.020 #(3) and that the Board of Aldermen shall stand adjourned at the end of the closed session. Alderman Trapp---, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill-Aye, Alderman Johnson---, Alderman Simmons-Aye and Alderman Vincent-Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried. Adjourn closed session Motion made by Alderman Simmons with a second by Alderman Vincent to adjourn the closed session. Alderman Trapp---, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill-Aye, Alderman Johnson---, Alderman Simmons-Aye and Alderman Vincent-Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried.
