Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMAN SPECIAL MEETING March 25, 2013 7:30 p.m. Board present: Alderman Trapp-present, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Vincent-present, Alderman Simmons –present and Alderman Johnson –present. Staff present: City Clerk, Dale Duvall and Chief Financial Officer, Karen Robson. City Attorney Ken Reynolds was also present. Citizens in attendance: None Call to Order Mayor Tom Keltner called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Roll Call The City Clerk called the roll call. Alderman Trapp-present, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Keltner-present, Alderman Johnson-present, Alderman Vincent—present and Alderman Simmons-present. Citizen Input None Adjourn open session Motion made by Alderman Hemphill with a second by Alderman Simmons to adjourn the open session and to go into closed session pursuant to section 610.021 # (3) personnel and that the Board of Aldermen shall stand adjourned at the end of the closed session. Alderman Trapp-Aye, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill-Aye, Alderman Johnson-Aye, Alderman Simmons-Aye and Alderman Vincent---. All votes aye. Motion carried. Adjourn closed session Motion made by Alderman Simmons with a second by Alderman Vincent to adjourn the closed session. Alderman Trapp-Aye, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill-Aye, Alderman Johnson-Aye, Alderman Simmons-Aye and Alderman Vincent---. All votes aye. Motion carried.
