Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMAN WORK STUDY SESSION May 20, 2013 6:00 p.m. The Board of Aldermen of Willard met for a study session in the Municipal Courtroom at Willard City Hall. Board present: Alderman Trapp-present, Alderman Roggensees-present, Alderman Hemphill-present, Mayor Forshee-present, Alderman Vincent-present, Alderman McDonald –present and Alderman Johnson. Staff present: City Administrator, David Gardner; City Clerk, Dale Duvall and Director of Development, Randy Brown. City Attorney, Ken Reynolds was also present. Citizens present: Tim Perriman, Stacia Buffington, Mindy Latham, Sam Baird, Valorie Simpson and Brad Mowell. AGENDA Discussion of the proposed alcohol ordinance (Speakers included Brad Mowell, Sam Baird, and Stacia Buffington.) Discussion of the special events permit application Discussion of the proposed agenda for June 10, 2013 Adjourn Open Session Motion made by Alderman Johnson with a second by Alderman Hemphill to adjourn. Alderman Trapp- Aye, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill-Aye, Alderman Johnson-Aye, Alderman McDonald-Aye and Alderman Vincent-Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried. Open session adjourned at 7:20 p.m. Open Closed Session Motion made by Alderman Hemphill with a second by Alderman McDonald to go into closed session pursuant to RSMo Section 610.021 #1 Legal and #3 Personnel. The Board will stay adjourned at the adjournment of closed session. Alderman Trapp-Aye, Alderman Roggensees-Aye, Alderman Hemphill- Aye, Alderman Johnson-Aye, Alderman McDonald-Aye and Alderman Vincent-Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried. Adjourn Closed Session Motion made by Alderman Vincent with a second by Alderman Trapp to adjourn closed session.
