Notice is hereby given that the City of Willard, Missouri, Board of Aldermen will conduct a
meeting at 7:00 p.m. April 8, 2019 at Willard City Hall, 224 W. Jackson, Willard, Missouri.
The tentative agenda of this meeting includes:

1. Roll Call.
2. Agenda Amendments/Approval of Agenda.
3. Consent Agenda:
“A Consent Agenda allows the Board of Aldermen to consider and approve routine items of business
without discussion. Any member of the Board of Aldermen, the City Staff or the Public may request
removal of any item from the Consent Agenda and request that it be considered under the Regular
Agenda if discussion or debate of the item is desired. Items not removed from the Consent Agenda
will stand approved upon motion by any Board member, second and unanimous vote to “approve
the Consent Agenda as published or modified.”

4. Discussion/Vote on current Outstanding Invoices, draft and Check Paid

6. Discussion/Vote to appoint Craig Baird to the Park Board.
7. Public Hearing on amending Chapter 515.040 Locations.
8. Ordinance amending Chapter 515.040: Locations. (1st & 2nd Read)

9. Ordinance amending Chapter 710 Sewer Use and Sewer Rates. (1st Read)

12. Ordinance accepting the agreement with Liberty Utilities for utility pole
