PLANNING AND ZONING
May 4, 2010-SPECIAL MEETING
5:30 P.M.
Board present: Aldermen Pat Lloyd; Charles Gugel; Lucille Murray; Valorie Simpson;
and City Clerk Dale Duvall. Robert Taylor was not present.
Staff in attendance: City Clerk, Dale Duvall and Director of Development, Randy Brown
Guests present: Roscoe Killingsworth and Matt Kelley.
Chairman Valorie Simpson called the meeting to order.
Roll Call
Lucille Murray-present; Charlie Gugel-present; Valorie Simpson-present; Robert
Taylor-----; Aldermen Pat Lloyd-present; and Dale Duvall-present.
Approval of façade for Freedom Bank
Director of Development Randy Brown spoke about the facade for the bank that
is to be built at 432 W. Jackson St. Motion made by Lucille Murray and
seconded by Charlie Gugel. Lucille Murray-Aye; Charlie Gugel-Aye; Valorie
Simpson-Aye; Robert Taylor-----; Aldermen Lloyd-Aye; and Dale Duvall-Aye. All
votes aye. Motion carried.
Adjourn
Motion made by Pat Lloyd and seconded by Lucille Murray to adjourn. Dale
Duvall----------; Charlie Gugel-Aye; Valorie Simpson-Aye; Lucille Murray-Aye;
Mayor Schoolcraft-Aye; Robert Taylor-Aye; and Aldermen Lloyd-Aye. All votes
aye. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
