Call to Order Chairman Trustee Umans called the meeting to order at 10:32 am. II. Roll Call Present: Trustee Umans, Members Skalla, Speare, and Marra Also Present: Clerk Kolls Excused: Trustee Russell III. Approval of Unofficial Tree Enhancement Committee Meeting Minutes of May 14, 2026 The motion to approve the Unofficial Tree Enhancement Committee Meeting Minutes of May 14, 2026 was initiated by Trustee Umans and seconded by Member Speare. Unanimously carried. IV. Approval of Unofficial Joint Tree Enhancement Committee and Parks and Memorial Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes of May 14, 2026 The motion to approve the Unofficial Joint Tree Enhancement Committee and Parks and Memorial Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes of May 14, 2026 was initiated by Trustee Umans and seconded by Member Skalla. Unanimously carried. V. Discussion and Possible Action on Phase 4 Dog Park 2026 Tree Plantings, Approval of Banner to Promote a Memorial Tree Program, Including a Memorial Brick/Stone/Plaque and Discuss Fund Raising Amounts The Committee discussed Phase 4 Dog Park 2026 Tree Plantings. The Committee decided that Red Oak, Swamp White Oak, Sugar Maple, Hackberry and Ginkgo would be the only trees available to Memorial applicants. The Committee agreed to allow 4 trees in the small dog park and 6 trees in the large dog park. The Committee decided on the 8x8 brick. VI. Adjourn The motion to adjourn was initiated by Trustee Umans and seconded by Member Marra at 11:07am. Unanimously carried.
