CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. SITE VISITS TO REVIEW SPORTS COMPLEX AMENITIES The HTRFA will hold a special called meeting for the purpose of reviewing sports complexes with similar offerings to the planned regional sports complex in the Historic Triangle. The meeting will begin at 9 am in Springfield, Virginia, at The St James athletics facility. Following a tour and discussion at The St James, the HTRFA will recess and reconvene in Manheim, PA at approximately 2 pm, to tour the Spooky Nook athletic facility and hotel. The Authority will meet through dinner at the Spooky Nook Facility and adjourn by 9 pm. No official business will be conducted outside of group discussion of observed conditions and conversation with onsite hosts. No minutes will be taken. 4. ADJOURNMENT Page 1 of 1
