AGENDA City of Williamsburg Special Called Meeting of the City Council Tuesday, October 25, 2022 A special called meeting of the City Council will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2022, in the Goodwin Room of the Williamsburg Inn, 136 Francis Street East commencing at 8 a.m. for a closed session and will reconvene in Open Session at 9:30am at the W&M Alumni House in Leadership Hall, 500 Richmond Road. 1. CLOSED SESSION Pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia for the purpose of discussing one legal matter per subparagraph 8 for the purpose of consultation on specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by counsel, concerning schools, and three matters per subparagraph 39 regarding confidential and proprietary information furnished by a business located in the City.
