RESOLVED, that the proposal from William Schutt & Associates for engineering services related to
the 2021 Asphalt Replacement Project and Storm Drainage Improvement Project, is hereby approved in the
amount of $33,350.00.

RESOLVED, that the quote from GAR Associates LLC for an appraisal of the Village Meeting
House at 5656 Main Street to estimate the market value of the real property rights, is hereby approved in the
amount of $990.00. The Village Board continues its due diligence relating to the sale of this property.

RESOLVED, that the Village Board designates the Village of Williamsville’s Environmental
Advisory Commissions Chairperson, Jane Vohwinkel as the Village of Williamsville representative to the
Erie County Environmental Management Council for a two-year term to expire on May 31, 2023.

RESOLVED, that the proposal from Niagara Boundary for Survey Services related to the
Topographic Surveys for the following:
Highland Drive - $4,700.00
Monroe Drive - $4,100.00
Pfohl Place - $1,900.00
are hereby approved.
PIAZZA #1
WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville, acting through the Village Board of Trustees (“Village
Board”) desires to complete a comprehensive Pervious Pavement and Runoff Reduction Project (“Project”).
The Project will be to hire an engineer to perform research, planning and data collection to prepare a
conceptual design and cost estimates for three infrastructure projects to circumvent stormwater pollutants
entering into Ellicott Creek;
WHEREAS, the Village Board has endorsed an application for the Project requesting an amount not
to exceed $30,000 for financial assistance through the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and
NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation in the form of grant funding;
WHEREAS, the Village Board commits to providing any and all funds necessary to complete the
Project over and above the requested $30,000; and further commits to complete the Project within a 24-month
period to ensure the timely implementation and completion of the proposed project; and
WHEREAS, in consultation with the Engineers and Attorneys of Record for the Village, the Village
Board has determined that the Project is a Type II Action pursuant to 6 N.Y.C.R.R. § 617.5(c)(1), (2),
(5) and (13) and thus is exempt from review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Deborah Rogers as Mayor of the Village of Williamsville,
or such person's successor, is hereby authorized and directed to file an application to the NYS Department of
Environmental Conservation and NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation, for funds in an amount not to
exceed $30,000, and upon approval of said request to enter into/and execute a project agreement with the
NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation for such
financial assistance to the Village of Williamsville: Pervious Pavement and Runoff Reduction Project.
TORRE #1
RESOLVED, that the Village Code requires a resolution for the designation of crosswalks within the
Village of Williamsville. Crosswalks provide enhancement to the community’s walkability and provide safe
pedestrian crossings;
WHEREAS, there are currently no crosswalks along South Cayuga Road from Main Street to Wehrle
Drive;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board approves the additional
crosswalks at South Cayuga Road and Milton Streets.
