Travel costs not to exceed $281.00. ROGERS #5 RESOLVED, that Fire Dept. members Richard Maddigan, Christopher Petrie, James Maddigan and Chris Manning are hereby authorized to travel to Syracuse, NY, to attend the NYS Chiefs Trade Show June 17, 2022, at zero cost to the Village of Williamsville. ROGERS #6 RESOLVED, that the Williamsville Department of Public Works assigned funds at the end of fiscal 2021 for the purchase of Sewer Jet; and WHEREAS, the DPW Crew chief has researched and tested equipment for this purpose; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the DPW Crew chief is approved to purchase a TRUVAC Paradigm Vacuum Excavator from Sourcewell at a cost not to exceed $259,901.00. HUNT #1 RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to publish notice of a public hearing to be held on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 7:30 pm for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in expressing an opinion on the designation of the mural inside the Bank of America building at 5529 Main Street, as an interior historic landmark. TORRE #1 WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville has prepared a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP), pursuant to Article 42 of the New York State Executive Law - the Waterfront Revitalization of Coastal Areas and Inland Waterways Act; and WHEREAS, the LWRP was prepared under the review and guidance of the Village of Williamsville Waterfront Advisory Committee, with planning consultation assistance; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Part 617 of the implementing regulations of Article 8 of the New York State Environmental Conservation Law (State Environmental Quality Review Act), the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees was designated as the SEQR Lead Agency and prepared an Environmental Assessment Form to identify and evaluate the potential impacts of adopting the Village of Williamsville LWRP; and WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees, as SEQR Lead Agent, conducted a coordinated review of the LWRP and has appropriately acknowledged and addressed all comments received from interested and involved agencies; and WHEREAS, the findings of the environmental review indicated that the adoption of the Village of Williamsville LWRP will not adversely affect the natural resources of the State and/or the health, safety and welfare of the public, and is consistent with all associated social and economic considerations. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees, acting as the lead agency for this action, has determined that the adoption of the Village of Williamsville Local Waterfront Revitalization Program is not anticipated to result in any significant adverse impacts on the environment, and that a Negative Declaration is hereby issued based on the findings set forth in the Negative Declaration/Notice of Determination of Non-Significance (attached and incorporated by reference herein; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees authorizes the Planning Consultant to prepare the necessary notices and filings on this action, and that a certified copy of this resolution be provided to the Planning Consultant, as required. TORRE #2 RESOLVED, that Jeffrey Hahn of 99 North Ellicott Street and Luke Wolfe of 156 South Cayuga Street are hereby appointed to the Environmental Advisory Council until the end of the 2021-2022 official Village year.
