American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFSCME Council 66, Local 1783-c (Union), by its representatives, commenced negotiations for a successor collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the Village and the Union; and WHEREAS, those negotiations resulted in a package of proposals to modify the CBA that was tentatively agreed upon on May 14, 2025 and WHEREAS, the package of proposals tentatively agreed upon on May 14, 2025, as approved by the Union on April 29, 2021, is submitted to the Village Board for final approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the package of proposals tentatively agreed to on May 14, 2025, agreed to by the Union on April 29, 2025, is hereby approved for the three year period covering June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the modified CBA, which includes the proposals tentatively agreed to by the negotiating committees and ratified by the Union. CELESTE #1 WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville celebrated Founder’s Day on June 26, 2025 on Glen Avenue and in Garrison Park between the hours of 12 noon and 3pm; and WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville does not generally allow amplified sound in said park or on said street; WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville found that the event was of public interest, promoted community engagement and warranted a limited exception to the usual sound restrictions, subject to reasonable conditions; THEREFORE, IT WAS RESOLVED by the Village Board that permission was granted for the use of amplified sound on Glen Avenue and in Garrison Park on June 26, 2025 between the hours of 12 noon to 3:00pm for the communication of information during the Founder’s Day celebration. JACKSON #1 RESOLVED, that Artis Ain, of Williamsville, New York, is hereby appointed to the Arts, Culture & Diversity Committee effective immediately. 5
