Post ........................................................................... $240.00 From: 001-3410-4040 Fire Protection/Education Exp/Travel ....................................................... $240.00 HUNT #2 BE IT RESOLVED, that payroll and vouchers in the amount of $200,944.59 covering the period from 10/06/2025 through 10/22/2025 are hereby approved as follows: PAYROLL COVERING 10/06/25-10/19/25 $ 54,716.10 VOUCHERS COVERING FY 2025/2026 GENERAL FUND $ 135,359.79 SEWER FUND $ 1,922.93 GLEN PARK FUND $ 3,165.27 TRUST & AGENCY FUND $ 500.00 SEWER CONSOLIDATON PROJECT $ 5,280.50 $ 146,228.49 GRAND TOTAL $ 200,944.59 HUNT #3 RESOLVED that the Village of Williamsville applied for financial assistance from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (“OPRHP”) under the Municipal Parks and Recreation Grant Program through the Clean Water, Clean Air, and Green Jobs Environmental Bond Act of 2022, Article 58, Title 5 of the Environmental Conservation Law, for the purpose of funding the development of Garrison Park. RESOLVED that the Village of Williamsville is authorized and directed to accept these grant funds in an amount not to exceed $145,000 for the project described in the grant application; RESOLVED, that the Village of Williamsville authorized and directed to agree to the term and conditions of the State of New York Contract for Grants (“Contract”) with OPRHP for such development of Garrison Park; RESOLVED, that the governing body of the municipality delegates signing authority to execute the Contract and any amendments thereto, any required deed of easement, and any other certifications to the individuals who hold the following elected or appointed municipal office and employment position titles: Mayor and Administrator, Clerk-Treasurer of Grants Management. 3 HUNT #4 RESOLVED that Muhammad Sheykh of Williamsville, New York, is hereby appointed as an active member of the Williamsville Fire Department effective October 27, 2025. HAHN #1 WHEREAS, Debra Habes has retired as the Chairperson for the Beautifications Committee, BE IT RESOLEVED, that Joanne Miechowski and Melissa Warner are hereby appointed as Co- Chairpersons for the Beautification Committee. HAHN #2 RESOLVED, that Robin Kashyap is hereby appointed to the Beautification Committee effective immediately. HAHN #3 RESOLVED, that Sharon Schwartz is hereby appointed to the Beautification Committee effective immediately. HAHN #4 RESOLVED, that Cynthia Primus is hereby appointed to the Beautification Committee effective immediately. JACKSON #1 RESOLVED, that Deborah D.
