CELESTE#1 RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the 2026 Fire and EMS Contracts as adopted by the Hutchinson Hose. 3 HAHN #1 RESOLVED, that consulting services from Drescher and Malecki to assist with reconciliations and general accounting for the Village year 2024/2025 in the amount of $30,000.00 is hereby approved. HAHN #2 RESOLVED, that consulting services from Drescher and Malecki to assist with reconciliations and implementation of financial software for the Village year 2025/2026 in the amount of $15,000.00 is hereby approved. JACKSON #1 WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville participates in a coalition of local Wester New York municipalities with separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) in order to collectively comply with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Phase II stormwater regulations, and WHEREAS, each community renews its membership every five years per previous Memorandums of Agreement; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Memorandum of Agreement with Western New York Stormwater Coalition representing the Village of Williamsville as a coalition member and hereby approve the membership fee of $2,000.00. ## 4
