Mays, Finance Director, City of Wilton Manors FM: Paul A. Kuta, Treasurer, Wilton Manors Historical Society RE: Transfer of FY 2012-2013 Historical Society Funds This is to respectfully request that the unspent $4,000 in the FY 2012-2013 city budget for the Historical Society Board in line item 001-5118-5828.000 under Non-Departmental Expenses be transferred to the Island City Foundation for future use by the Wilton Manors Historical Society. The Society regrets that no construction contracts have thus far been forwarded to the city for the renovation of the ground floor of the Carriage House at Richardson Historic Park. Obtain- ing the necessary three bids for each contract has proved to be a frustrating and time-consuming process. We hope to soon be able to forward the bids for upgrading the electrical power feed to Richardson Park and the Carriage House. It should be noted that the Historical Society has spent more than $5^000 of its own monies on Carriage House architect- ural, engineering and project management contracts to date. Sincerely, Paul A.
