NOTICE OF VIRTUAL MEETING WILTON MANORS GENERAL EMPLOYEE & POLICE PENSION BOARD MONDAY, MAY 18, 2020 AT 3:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Wilton Manors General Employee & Police Pension Board will be conducting a virtual meeting utilizing communications media technology (“CMT”) in accordance with Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order No. 20-69, dated March 20, 2020, as extended by Executive Order No. 20- 112, dated May 4, 2020, and City of Wilton Manors Emergency Order 2020-05 dated April 24, 2020, related to conducting local government public meetings while under the health emergency related to the spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). City Hall building is closed to the public. Pursuant to Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order Number 20-69 issued on March 20, 2020, “Local government bodies may utilize communications media technology, such as telephonic and video conderencing, as provided in Section 120.54(5)(b)2.Florida Statutes.” AGENDA I.
