Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Board will be conducting a virtual meeting utilizing communications media technology (“CMT”) in accordance with City of Wilton Manors Ordinance No. 2020-11 and City of Wilton Manors Emergency Order 2020- 05 dated April 24, 2020, as amended by Emergency Orders 2020-12 and 2020-16 related to conducting local government public meetings while under the health emergency related to the spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Public Comment received by 6pm prior to the start of the meeting will be read into the record by the staff liaison. All persons interested in the above Public Hearings are invited to appear and be heard, subject to proper rules of conduct. Persons who cannot appear and be heard are encouraged to submit their written comments by 6pm prior to the start of the meeting. Written comments filed with the Community Development Services Director by 6pm prior to the start of the meeting will be entered into the Record. In connection with the Quasi-Judicial Public Hearings, all affected persons will be allowed to present evidence at the hearing and bring forth witnesses provided they notify the City Clerk and file the required forms provided by the City Clerk’s Office. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
