Commission Meeting

February 2, 2022 A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on February 2, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bill Kary, Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Hedstrom and seconded Schacher to approve the minutes of the last regular meeting (1-19-22) as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Kary to finalize the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Clausen and seconded Schacher to approve the first reading of the Cross Connection Ordinance as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Jamie Gleich was present to discuss options for electronic locks for the Wilton Memorial Hall. Motion made by Clausen and seconded Schacher to approve the 2020 Financial Audit as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Kary and seconded by Schacher to approve the updates to the Memorial Hall contract. All present voted aye, motion carried. City Engineer, AJ Tuck, was present to discuss the Water and Sewer Project. General discussion was held about putting the project out for bid, how to finance the project and what areas project is in the most need of replacement. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Kary to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. Clausen, Kary, Hedstrom, Schacher and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Motion carried.
