Special Hearing

February 5 2025 A special hearing of the Board of City Commissioners was held on February 5, 2025, at 6:50 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bernell Hedstrom, Lisa Hedstrom and Jim Schacher. In Pres. Domonoske-Kellar absence the meeting was chaired by Comm. Clausen. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by L. Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by L. Hedstrom and seconded by Schacher to approve the Quentin and Joyce Spizters application so subdivided parcel 10-142-80-00-02-600 into 2 parcels as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. The Planning and Zoning Board approved the application on January 13, 2025. With no other items for discussion Comm.
