The Board of Trustees of the Village of Winnebago held a Public Hearing in person on March 04, 2026, at
5:55 p.m. with President Franklin J. Eubank, Jr. presiding to gather input on the proposed appropriation
ordinance for 2026.

TRUSTEES PRESENT: ACKERMAN – GRAHAM - KIM -MCKINNON - SPRINGER
ABSENT: LEFEVRE
Guests: Public Works Director Chad Insko, Attorney Mary Gaziano, Village Administrator Joseph Dienberg,
Treasurer Dana Novinson, Chief Jeff White, Lieutenant Nick Haff , Brenda Huetson, Joshua Hooper
The Appropriation Ordinance was presented. The necessary publication was made timely.
The hearing was closed at 5:58 p.m. as there was no public input on the matter.
