The Board of Trustees of the Village of Winnebago held a Special Meeting at the Winnebago High School Library on March 10, 2026, at 2:45 p.m. to read the proclamation for the Illinois Athletic Trainers’ Month with President Franklin J. Eubank, Jr. presiding. The link for the public to attend remotely was made available through GoToMeeting. The meeting notice was properly posted at the Village Hall, at the offsite location, and online. ROLL CALL PRESENT: ACKERMAN - GRAHAM –MCKINNON ABSENT: LEFEVRE – KIM - SPRINGER Guests: Village Administrator Joseph Dienberg, Chief Jeff White, Lieutenant Nick Haff, Mrs. Lindsay Metcalf and her class, Superintendent John Schwuchow, Teresa Ackerman, Officer McNeely, Officer Spelman. There was a quorum present in the Village Hall. There was no conflict of interest noted. No one from the public requested to address the Board. President Eubank read the proclamation proclaiming the month of March as National Athletic Training Month, see attached copy. There was no new business. The next Board meeting will be held on March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. followed by the Committee of the Whole. A motion was made by MR. GRAHAM, seconded by MR. Due to school safety procedures and protocols, any member of the public wishing to attend must enter through the main entrance of Winnebago High School and present a valid photo identification for check-in through the District’s Raptor visitor management system. Once checked in, visitors will be escorted to the meeting location. To ensure timely access to the meeting, members of the public are encouraged to arrive approximately fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes prior to the start time to allow adequate time for the school visitor sign-in process.
