Case No. 25-19-PD: 901-05, 907-09, 911-13 Green Bay Road and 1007-11 Tower Court - Tower Court Condominiums Preliminary Planned Development: A Certificate of Appropriateness for the proposed design of a new four-story mixed-use building as part of a planned development. The Village Council has final jurisdiction on this request. This item was continued from the May 21, 2026, and June 18, 2026, Design Review Board meetings. 5. New Applications a. Case No. 26-12-DR:1010 Green Bay Road — Bank of America: An Awning and Sign Permit to allow canvas recovery of existing awning frames on the building, and double-face replacement of the existing two freestanding signs at Subject Property. b. Case No. 26-13-DR: 564 Green Bay Road — Engel and Volkers: A Sign permit to allow a new back-lit wall sign for the Applicant's office that will be located on the ground floor of the four-story mixed-use building currently under construction. c. Case No. 26-20-V2: 275 Fairview Avenue - Greeley Elementary School: A Certificate of Appropriateness for the proposed design of a gaga ball pit.
