Board of Adjustment

To board of adjustments: I am looking to get the variance adjustments to build a duplex in a R2 zoned property which would allow a duplex to be built. With the challenges of old lots have, any new build most likely would need the variance requ est. I tried to save old structure but after gutting it I found the structure to be non salvageable.
