The City Clerk read the following appeal from Mr. Denis Regan who resides at 95 W. Spring St. See attached letter. 2. MOTION by Mr. Cross seconded by Mr. O’Brien to schedule the hearing date for Wednesday, August 14, 2019 as presented. Voted and passed unanimously.
