Voted and passed 3-0. b. Approval: Second Class Liquor License 2018- Renewals MOTION by Councilor Covey seconded by Councilor Sweeney to approve the following Second Class Liquor Licenses: R. L. Vallee, Simon’s Premium Gas, Inc. and Commodities Natural Market of Winooski as presented contingent upon all monies due to the City of Winooski. Voted and passed 3-0. MOTION by Councilor Sweeney seconded by Councilor Mace to approve the Second Class Liquor License and Sidewalk Usage permit as presented contingent upon all monies due to the City of Winooski. Voted and passed 3-0. c. Approval: First Class Liquor License 2018 – Renewals include; first Class, Outside Consumption, Restaurant Lic., Entertainment Permit, and Sidewalk Usage Permit.
