Approval: Outside Consumption Permit MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Councilor Colston to approve the Outside Consumption Permit to Four Quarters Brewing as presented contingent upon all monies due to the City of Winooski. Voted and passed 4-0. b. Approval: 1st Class Liquor License, Outside Consumption Permit, Restaurant License & Sidewalk Usage Permit MOTION by Councilor Lott seconded by Councilor Covey to approve the 1st Class Liquor License, Outside Consumption Permit, Restaurant License & Sidewalk Usage Permit to Sweet Babu, LLC, as presented contingent upon all monies due to the City of Winooski. Voted and passed 4-0. c. Approval: 1st Class Liquor License – Renewal MOTION by Councilor Covey seconded by Councilor Lott to approve the 1st Class Liquor License –Renewal to Drafts N Crafts as presented contingent upon all monies due to the City of Winooski.
