Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. after the School Trustees Chair called their meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by the School Trustee Chair. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott Councilors: James Duncan, Amy Lafayette, Mike Myers, and Hal Colston. Officers Present: Jessie Baker, City Manager; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Julie Hulburd, Human Resource Manager. Others Present:  See school notes III. Agenda Review No changes were made IV. Public Comment Darrell Desautels provide public comment on the Equity Pilot Report. VI. Regular Items a. Discussion: Equity Dialogue Group Report and Recommendations – Equity Group Presentations were made by Councilor Colston, Councilor Duncan and others. Recommendations on establishing a Equity Leadership Council and expanding the roles of the Community Liaisions at the School were discussed. b. Discussion: Winooski School District & City Comprehensive Financial Landscape Report – J Baker and S McMannon The City Manager, Mayor, School Superindent, and School Trustees Chair made a presentation on the budgets and finances of both organizations. Discussion followed. c. Discussion/Approval: City of Winooski & Winooski School District Memorandum of Understanding for 2019-2020 – J Baker and S McMannon The City Manager and Superintendent provided an overview of the 2019-2020 MOU. MOTION by Councilor Mike Myers seconded by Councilor Colston to approve the MOU as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. VI.
