Adjourn MINUTES The Mayor called the meeting to order at 3:01 pm. Members Present Mayor Kristine Lott Councilors: Aurora Hurd, Thomas Renner Officer’s Present Elaine Wang, City Manager; Paul Sarne, Communications Director; Angel Lane, Assistant City Clerk Other’s Present P Rowan II. Discussion/Approval: Time and or Date adjustment for February 4th Public Hearing-Voter Proposed Charter Change for Just Cause Eviction. Due to the severe wind chill advisory from 11 am – 1 pm it was determined that the Public Hearing should be delayed until 1 pm. The proposed time for the Public Hearing is 1 pm – 3 pm. MOTION; by Councilor Renner second by Councilor Hurd to approve the time and or date adjustment for the February 4th Public Hearing Voter Proposed Charter Change for Just Cause Eviction as presented. Voted and passed 3-0. III. Adjourn: MOTION: by Councilor Renner second by Councilor Hurd to adjourn the Special Virtual City Council meeting at 3:02 pm. Voted and passed 3-0.
