Winooski City Council Meeting Monday, March 6, 2023, at 6 PM Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott, Councilor Thomas Renner, Councilor Aurora Hurd, Officers Present: Elaine Wang, City Manager, Paul Sarne, Communications Director, Angela Aldieri, Finance Director, Ray Coffey, Community Services Director Others Present: Robert Millar, Kamal Dahal, Jordan Matte, Bridget O’Brien, Jessica Wignall, Michael Decarreau, Jeffrey Thomas, Sean McMannon I. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM. II. Public Hearing on City Budget The Mayor opened the public hearing about the City Budget. Mayor Lott and the City Manager presented information about the proposed City budget and took questions from the audience about the budget. The Mayor then closed the hearing. III.
